APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE · 90 MINUTES · LIVE WITH DR. RADHIKA SINGH

Live Labs

Each lab is a focused 90-minute session where neuroscience becomes a skill you leave with the same afternoon.

The format that makes change stick.

Most leadership content is consumed and forgotten. Live Labs are different because they are applied — you practice the tool, not just hear about it.

Each lab is built around one focused topic from the NeuroPotential™ framework. Dr. Radhika Singh leads the session live, introduces the neuroscience in plain language, demonstrates the technique, and then guides participants through it in real time.

Small groups mean real questions get real answers.

This is not a webinar. You leave with something you can use.

Every Lab Includes.

Message from Radhika

Lab 01 — Decision Resilience

How the brain makes decisions under pressure — and why quality degrades when cognitive load is high. You leave with a decision-triage framework to cut through overload faster and with more clarity.

Lab 02 — Neuroplastic Leadership

The science of how the brain changes — and how to direct that change intentionally. You leave with a protocol to interrupt calcified stress-response patterns and build more adaptive ones.

Lab 03 — Leading in AI Times

The neuroscience of what makes human leadership irreplaceable in a technology-driven organisation. You leave with a framework for identifying and protecting your highest-value cognitive contributions.

Learn More

Lab 04 — Stress → Performance

How to read your own physiological stress signals — and use them as performance data rather than noise to suppress. You leave with a biometric self-tracking protocol tied to a stress-to-performance map.

Learn More

Lab 05 — Stakeholder Presence

The neuroscience of how presence is perceived — and how to command a room without burning the energy it takes to perform. You leave with a preparation protocol for high-stakes interactions.

Learn More

Lab 06 — Succession Clarity

How cognitive load, identity, and unresolved transition anxiety affect leaders approaching succession. You leave with a clarity framework to lead legacy with focus and reduced psychological friction.

Note:

Each lab is a standalone 90 minute session. Attend one or attend all six — in any order.

Who is this for:

Labs are designed for aspiring leaders who already operate at a senior level and want applied, evidence-based tools — not frameworks to think about later.

Whether you're a current TGR Collective member, a leader considering the cohort who wants to experience Dr. Radhika's work before committing, or part of a corporate team looking for something measurably different — this is built for you.

Current TGR Collective members — priority booking and reduced pricing

Founders and senior leaders curious about the cohort — experience the methodology before committing

Corporate teams — block bookings available on request at tgrcollective@gmail.com

Labs are not designed for early-career professionals. The language, examples, and peer dynamic assume senior leadership experience. If you are building towards a leadership role, Community membership is the better starting point.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a TGR Collective member to attend?
No. Labs are open to any aspiring leader who wants to experience the NeuroPotential™ methodology. Members and cohort participants receive priority booking and reduced pricing — but a seat is available to any leader who qualifies.
Can I attend just one lab, or do I need to commit to all six?
Each lab is completely standalone. Attend one, attend several, or work through all six — in any order that suits your schedule. There is no programme obligation.
Are the sessions recorded?
Recordings are available exclusively to 25-Leader Cohort members via private YouTube access. Single-session purchases do not include recordings — another reason to consider the cohort if you want ongoing access to the full library.
What if I can't attend live?
Live attendance is strongly recommended — the small group dynamic and real-time practice are what make the format effective. If you are a cohort member and miss a session, the recording will be available. Single-session purchases are live only.
Can I book a lab for my team or organisation?
Yes. Block bookings for corporate teams are available on request. Email tgrcollective@gmail.com with your organisation name, team size, and the topic you're interested in.
How is this different from the 25-Leader Cohort?
A Live Lab is a single 90-minute session focused on one topic. The cohort is a year-long engagement — six labs, biometric check-ins, a confidential peer forum, and a NeuroPotential™ performance playbook. If you're deciding between the two, a lab is the ideal way to experience Dr. Radhika's work before committing to the full cohort.

90 minutes. One tool. Immediate application.

Seats are capped. Reserve yours before the next lab fills.
